Urgh. Life is so mundane.
Everything is so boring, so routine.
Wake up. Eat. Play comp. Do laundry.
You get the picture?

It's not that I cannot go out.
It's more of that I'm broke.
And sometimes even when you go out, there's not many places to go.

Waiting for the job reply from Giant.
Doubt I will be getting anyway, and can't really be bothered.
Results are coming in a month's time, heard it was between 21-27 Jan '08?
Everyone will surely dread that day.

I miss school life.

I miss slacking in the classroom.
I miss sneaking up food from the canteen into class for intensive programmes.
I miss have long-distance communication with Tricia during classes. (LOL)
I miss hearing Jun Hua's lame yet funny comments.
I miss gossiping with Rachel and seeing her arguments with Anwar.
I miss hearing Zachary bug me about drawing him again.
I miss seeing Jeremy harrasing Nazri.
and I miss Jeremy's stripping =X
I miss joking and teasing Hafizah around about Sean.
I miss hearing Gordon's crap and retardations.
I miss Keith's constant teasing. (fatty bom-bom)
I miss HCF's laughter that always fills the whole classroom.
I miss Daryl's shocked expressions! (well..it was because of me actually!)
I miss laughing along with the Ziies.
I miss the Nasi Ayam in stall no.2!
I miss getting scolded by Miss Yong for not updating the duty roster.
I miss learning the few subjects that I like in school. (Bio!)
I miss hearing the girls in class talk about Jin Ming (LOLS! haha, we all know what we're talking about exactly right?)
I miss dropping by the band room, and playing my beloved trombone.
I miss going to assembly programmes (NOT.)
I miss switching places during classes.

I miss all the experiences in 4E5.
Hilarious moments such as the bee incident~
I miss band life in school as well.
I've learnt so many things there.

I miss so many things, more than I can list down here~

Overall i really miss school life actually :(

Movie day!
Went to watch 'Enchanted' with tricia, fizah, nazri, tai chuan, gariel and zachary..
Sean decided to watch other movie with his friend instead hahas~
I used to despise any movies made by Disney,
as I find all the endings the same, so predictable.
'Happily Ever After~"
*twitches* Why can't the princess die tragically or something??
lols~
But I like this movie :D
Although it ended as happily ever after as well, there was a twist..
Can't really say here or I'll spoil the ending!
But it's a sweet movie, and very funny as well..
I'll loosen up my grudge of Disney, for now..

After movie, met up with rachel and went to sakura at downtown east..
My goodness, the choices of food!
Japanese food everywhere, and also others as well..
We all so jakun, take everything we see..
For the first time, I tried duck meat, scallop, and lobster..
Although I think it was crayfish..
Took about two servings..? Perhaps more??
Wanted to eat more but I was so stuffed already..
And there was still dessert! Cheesecakes everywhere!
Ice-cream, and also frozen strawberries with cream inside :DD
Yum yum~
Took some pics, chat with the gals and went back home..

Was surprised when tricia called me when I reached home,
saying that she saw my artwork on TV!!
Awesome!
It was shown as part of an ad for Front..
I couldn't believe it so I visited artscentral.sg and clicked on Front section..
The ad was there and I seriously couldn't believe it! It was right there!!
Super high~
I hope my artwork will get selected to be placed for voting! :D

Went shopping with tricia, fizah and liyana yesterday~
Met at pasir ris mrt, i was late (ahah)
but not as late as fizah lols..

Took the train and went to bugis,
actually wanted to go far east but decided to drop by there..
it was a good day, and bugis was not too crowded..
Fizah was interested in buying perfume at one pushcart stall at bugis junction..
Decided to buy, seeing the price is $1,
and not realising that they charge the perfume by ml and full bottle!
The case was $1, but the perfume was $2 PER ml..
GAHH..she had to fork out $17 in the end..

Walked to bugis street and shop shop shop! :DD
Everything was cheap there wahaha..
Liyana and fizah bought "little miss" tshirts,
while tricia bought stripes jacket and top..
I bought a jacket and tunic top..

My stupid contact lens made my eyes red halfway..
So i had to reluctantly take out my lens..
And i didn't brought the contact lens casing! GAHHH!!
My eyes hurt so bad that I had to remove them..
Was 'blind' for the rest of the day.
Well, at least it beats being permanantly blind from wearing irritating lens..

Ate at simei, long john silver :D
the place is much less hectic and we could enjoy the meal better..
And took the train to tampines where we met jason!
He was going for an interview..
Couldn't believe he was working as a 'fishmonger' in ntuc
lols..like very funny..but at least the pay is quite okay..

Window-shopped around tampines for awhile..
Went to buy new contact lens but the shopkeeper didn't have stock!
I was first asking, "Do you have 250 degrees?"
He checked, but not available.
Nvm, I asked for 275 degrees..
Still don't have! ...
Then I asked for 300 degrees, that's the highest for my eyes already..
then dun have.

Our feets were aching so bad so we decided to go home..
overall an enjoyable day~

this is baby nova :D

Went to the airport today
to see my aunt and baby cousin nova off..
They're going back to germany for a year..

Couple of relatives waiting at the departure hall..
My cousin and 'makcik' (same age hahas) were there too so we all talked
It's been awhile since we all three talked together so it was nice :)
Discussed about O levels and the courses that we're interested in..

I was hoping it would not be as sad as last year
but when she was leaving the gate everyone was sad..
Hugged my aunt and nova one last time before they left for their flight..
All were close to tears, even me, though i know i easily get emotional haha..
It wil be another year before they come back again
But time flies by very fast
It felt as though it was just yesterday that I saw them leave the country for the first time..
And now it's already the second trip back..
I hope that they'll have a safe trip back home, and hope to see them again next year :)

Decided to bake some cupcakes to cheer myself up..
It's been awhile since i last baked..

UPDATEEEEE!
the o's are finally over!
GRAD NITE WAS FABULOUS!

although it was really awkward walking around wearing a dress..
and i was kinda feeling down so i had no mood.
took the train to city hall and went to the swissotel~
everyone looked so gorgeous!
alot i couldn't recognised..
and HCF was so cool! all of them look so different! :D

hung out at the bar area for awhile and drank before entering the ballroom..
the place is like so high class!
me and hafizah were like exclaiming on which of the many forks and spoons to use!
in our table were fizah, liyana, rachel, tricia, nazri, syafiq, yong seng, daryl and me
speech by pricipal blah blah..
then it was makan time!
syafiq was like the first to leave the table..hahas..
the food was quite alright, ate some salad and shared a meal with fizah..
but the dessert! OMG
so yummy!
the chocolate cake was divine,
and i love the pie and the bread&butter pudding!
*drools*

the 4e5 slideshow was shown in the end..Yay!
but i seriously wanted to strangle syafiq! (he made the slideshow)
hahas..
got lots and lots of my face! so paiseh..
and he even put my "kamelia the great" card!
GAHHHH..
but it was funny overall, get to see all our classmates faces

when it came to the dancing part the ziies escapes!
hahas, we wouldn't be caught dead being seen dancing!
took lots of photos~
and then it was finally 11pm and we had to leave..
parents fetch me home and last minute allow to fetch fizah!
so me and fizah crap all the way back to pasir ris!
overall an enjoyable day! :)

wow..
it's been a long while since i've last updated
more than a month i think..
been preparing for the coming prelims and exams
and didn't have much time to update on the blog..

ahhhh..
good and bad things had happened during the period when i last updated till now
a news that was told to me almost a month ago still shocked me.
ever had a case of unrequited love?
i'm sure many had.
but a person had recently confessed about his feelings in the past..
the subject was suddenly brought up, obviously i was shocked when he mentioned it.
but i admitted to him that i did had feelings for him then too.
it was a weird moment. seriously.
but somehow i wished that he didn't have told me that..
it has somehow made me feel a lot of regret.

why should you be haunted by your past memories when you have alreadly left them behind?
especially when you just want to forget about it.
i have already forgotten him a long while ago,
but after what he had told me, i just feel kind of sad.
as though, it means that we did had feelings for each other, but we just didn't admit it.
perhaps we were immature then, i don't know.
many thoughts in my head..
but i just feel like writing about it here.
as it still disturbs me.

and it is at the most horrible timing!
why at this moment, preparing for the exams?!?
i seriously wanted to strangle that guy for telling me that..

tomorrow is social studies prelims.

and there's bio & chem prac exam on monday
I still don't understand the new topics and i need the textbook!!!!!

i'm sooo screwed.
spent the previous night and half the day studying chem since i didn't have the bio textbook,
until want to vomit blood.
i hate chemistry,
although i love the alkanes & alkenes chapter..
got distracted too many times while trying to study chem..
every 10 mins i drift to the kitchen to grab something to eat,
or to disturb my kitty from his slumber.

since it's the last racial harmony day for us,

but i have to say the carnival is pretty pathetic.
perhaps it's due to the lack of organisation..

AND THERE WERE NOT ENOUGHT FOOD!
sheesh, cannot get my roti jala..
in the end i ate some nuggets and honeydew pudding only.

what made me pissed today was that miss yong refused to take pictures..
nevermind that she don't want to take photos,
she don't even allow us to take photos of ourselves!

it's seriously for memories lo..

went to the Cosfest at downtown east today..
gordon was freaking late,

took the bus and met up with keith at subway.

well, there was one who said that my portfolio was wrong.

i got my results today.
well, not exactly..
tricia told me that i didn't need to go meet with my parents as miss yong was already talking to them..
that made me freaked out as it was worse..

career seminar talk today.

what a waste of time,
they talk about all the basic info that we already know..
should have stayed at home like bengot and keith..
but the NAFA talk was interesting
they show clips of animations done by students..
one of them created an animation using watercolour paintings..
imagine that she have to paint every single frame of movement!
walau! ALOT of effort..
but NAFA is like out of the question arhh..
pay about $3500-$4500 each YEAR!!

malay mock exam paper 2 done today..
difficult as usual.
learning malay is such a burden sometimes,
although i've been more interested in it these days.
A/E maths tests after recess.
miss ng lectured us during the A/E maths test
she say want to talk for only 5 min,
in the end it was like almost 20mins..
pity the amaths people..
not enough time to complete both tests.
oh well..

then got received an sms from keith koe,
trombone choir.
he asked whether we are interested in joining the tbone choir..
there's no age limit, and he doen't mind average players.
as long as the commitment and interest is there..
this a a very big opportunity for me..
it's not everyday that you get something like this..
i feel like joining..
must set a day for 'audition'
come to one of their practices..
they see how you play then they discuss..
hmm..
there's alot of opportunities opening up lately..
DPA, mangaka, and now trombone choir..
i hope i'll be able to enter all of them..

been thinking about the DPA
Direct Polytechnic Admission.
perhaps i should sign up for it..
it would really bring me closer to my dream course..
arts & design course, NOT anything to do with SCIENCES.
unless biology..but i still love art more than anything..
regretted not taking art, but that's another story..

DPA would be able make me able to get into SP or TP
the max cut-off point is also 26 which will help me ALOT.
not like i'm a ginieus or something (can't even spell it right!)
from my mid year results i doubt i can get low points for 'O' levels..
but each poly will accept only about 100 people through DPA,
and they will have to interview you!

damn, gotta prepare a portfolio just in case..
it'll be good if i can get in polytechnic through DPA..

1) i was angry and frustrated with a friend.
2) i was depressed with my results; could have done waay better

I PASSED 2.4km run today !!
and it's a good pass, 16.10mins!

weekend was filled with studying and more studying!
on saturday morning when i was about to leave the house to go band,
my parents stopped me!
scolded some crap, called me a liar and accussed me of having a boyfriend

today is the most depressing band prac..
junior band was okay at first, the juniors were having sectionals..
mr pan said good job to the tbone juniors :)
he also said that they brighten up his day :)))
coz he was angry at jingle for letting johnson touch the flutes..
she kena pump on the spot sia, 20..
she also stupid, let jeremy, johnson and pat hang around there..
one was almost gonna step on the flute but i rescued it..
bloody hell..
so distracted with the guys! like wtf. i have no comments.
anywayyy....
yeay, mr pan was happy with the section
they worked hard and are very enthusiastic! <33>LIKE WTF!!
haiz..later mr pan cooled down and talked to the band
explained that he wasn't angry with us, he's just upset..
as our band can be a good band, the sound is there..

if we have these the band would greatly improve..

today is the happiest day of my life! watched the deathnote movie today!!! i love L..he's damn cute, don't you think? in the anime and manga he already looks cute, the real life L in the movie is also cute! hahaz..becoming like an otaku..LOLS. anyway, the movie is damn cool, although the shinigami looks quite fake la..but got funny parts and stuff..L seriously love sweet things, he even poked doughnuts and other pastry stuff into a skewer! become 'pastry kebab'! hahaz..i don't mind watching the movie again..

what a tiring day..

went to Ikea at queenstown to buy sofa 1st..then went to VivoCity to go shopping!! waa, bought 2 new tops for forever21 which are soo pretty!! i'm in love with that shop..there's many places to shop there but i wish there were more HALAL foodcourts..so unfair, mostly not halal..then it was also soo crowded then i had to break fast at coffeebean instead..hazelnut ice blended and muffin..hahaz..then went to mustafa centre..soo crowded..haiz, should have not wear skirt..some perverts there..what to do..?..my mum also forgot that the place would be crowded today as it is a weekend..hahaz..

went to my granma's house today..my aunt was going back to germany, so we all sent her to the airport..before leaving the house, my grandfather was kinda sad when he said goodbye..coz it would be another year before my aunt come back..i never seen my granpa cried before so it's was a little bit shocking and was also quite emotional..i was also close to tears when i was in the taxi on the way to the airport..dunno why but i suddenly felt very sad then..when we reached there, i kinda feel chocked up..then just when we were outside the gate, i can't help crying, coz i would usually cry when others cry..haiz..i'm so emotional..hahaz..cancer wat..we then gathered around and hugged and said goodbye before seeing her enter the gate..gonna miss them, especially nova..anyway, hope that my aunt and nova have a safe trip back to germany..looking forward to seeing them again next year..

i was so late for school today!

i reached bedok mrt station at 7.00 and waited for the train for about 5 mins..then halfway going to tanah merah mrt, the train stopped for about 5-10 mins..i was already panicking as i have the last paper today..reached paris ris at 7.20 then waited for the bloody bus for about 5 mins more..reached school, delayed about 5mins to write on the pink slip..then quickly rushed inside the class..it was already about 7.35 or something..shocking, everyone was already seated and miss ng was about to give out the papers..luckily it was add maths, knew i was gonna flunk the paper anyway so i didn't studied much on it.. had 20-30mins of ''free time'' during the exam and i was soo bored, so i doodled on my question paper and took a nap..but i quickly ereased the doodles when i realized that the teacher wanted to collect the paper..miss yong will scold me if i fail and would probably ask why i had the time to draw when my answers are full of crap..hahaz..

anyway..

EOY is FINALLY OVER!!! XDDDD

can finally relax..gonna use the time to DRAW and more..go out shopping, then band should be reopening soon..can't wait, i miss my darlin' trombone..LOL. *moo! goes the bones* gonna practice on gulliver's travels and also try out the full amazing grace score with the section..i kinda prefer to play trumpet voluntary than amazing grace for the esemble playing..i think it's more lively then not so dragging..amazing grace is nice but if u don't play it properly then it will sound boring..so maybe i'm considering on changing the score..

the e maths paper 2 was surprisingly...easy!

what a relief..miss fong already showed the class our paper 1 marks that time and mine failed by just ONE mark!! I always fail paper 1, especially when miss fong sets the paper..

so, hopefully the paper 2 can help me out..

malay paper was okay la..i always hate the bina ayat part..my malay sux then i also dunno the meaning..wasted 3 marks..'naruli'..wth does tat mean?? LOL.karimah also didn't know the meaning of the words..we are both confused..

today, school was okay..tharmu and miss fong never come so the class had 5 free periods, which was so fun..me, tricia, fizah and saadah were making a comic in gordon's blackbook..haha, story plot based on my compo..heh, quite fun then..

then later after school, went to white sands with taufiq..walau, we needed to wait there for 2hrs before meeting zahidah..see so many siglapians, 1st the clique, then HCF, then later also met with some scb members..

after meeting zahidah, we went to TM and century squre..i bought new shoes!! finally i have some decent shoes to wear..it's so cute and i luurve the stripes and the ribbon! i can't wait to wear it soon..

heyys..

yesterday, me, hidayah, gab and taufiq went to NAFA auditorium to watch the TROMBONE CHOIR perform!! woo!! ''moo! goes the bones'' was the concert's name..the concert was so AWESOME and funny and i have not regretted going for it, even though i got scolded for coming home late..like 12am..ahaha..i was laughing when the tbonists played while the conductor sang, @running, running, running, running...running NOSE!'' wakakakakakaka!! then got one freakingly huge nose run across the stage with toilet paper as the mucus! wahahaha..damn funny..i wanna watch their next concert next time sia..they also played some jazzy pieces which i really enjoyed..the tbone choir really did well..then i also tried the kelly mouthpiece which was PLASTIC but it was quite easy to play with..i'm considering to buy it.and gab also suggested whether i wanna join SWS as their is a lack of tbonists there..it would be sooo cool sia..get to try more difficult scores..i can't wait to try out..anyway..it was alot of fun and at the end of the day (or izit night? ahah..) we passed gab a momento for him..juz a little something to show that we appreciate his help for the section..

went to sentosa ytd with tricia and nicholas liao..it was okay but the weather was damn hot..guess who we saw there..? GURMIT SINGH!! since we were doing a geog project and needed to report people on wat makes them come to attractions like sentosa, we reported him! ahaha.. funny..he was with his family then, his children are so cute! then also got take photos..then we also walked on the bridge, it was quite wobbly..stupid bangla imitate me when i squirmed, ''eyyurgh!''..we also played the sand on the beach..the sand was so fine and it feels kinda nice having sand in my shoes..

national day celebrations was okay.. had to come to school at 6.30 to warm-up at the bandroom..i reached the bedok mrt at 6.10 actually, but the 1st train haven't even reached there yet..so i have to wait for about 15-20 mins..in the end, i reached there quite late..haiz..anyway, after the celebrations, me, azura, hidayah and azura went to new york pizza..ate a freaking big pizza..full sia..

after eating, hidayah had a stomachache so she decided to go home..then got this makcik from the shop ask whether can call 10 friends to come..for taking pics with the pizza..but they will give free pizza to us..so we all call almost everyone but all were busy..one of the person i sms was ho yin..his reply was abit shocking...he said that the band was closing down..he said that xiao yong told him that..i couldn't believe the news and called mr pan..surprisingly, he was also surprised about it..he didn't know and said it may and may not be true..he aske to find out from the source (which is xiao yong)..is it really true?? i really hope not..
